Bulgogi


                   My version of the korean dish, bulgogi. Enjoy!

  Ingredients:
  1/2 kl. beef, cut into thin strips
  3 tsbps.soy sauce
  3 stalks spring onion
  1 tsp. sesame seeds
  1 tbsp. sugar
  3 tbsps. sesame oil
  1 small onion
  3 cloves garlic

  How to make:
  1 Combine beef, soy sauce, sugar & sesame oil in bowl
  2 Sautee garlic & onion in cooking oil
  3 Add beef mixture & cook in medium heat for 10-12 mins.
  4 Sprinkle with sesame seeds & spring onions before serving
