Lumpia shanghai

                   Spring rolls this summer

1/2 kl. ground pork

1/4 kl. shrimps, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, grated or finely chopped
1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped (optional)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 stalks green onion, finely chopped
4 tbsps. soy sauce
30 pcs. lumpia wrapper

How to make:
1 Combine all the ingredients for lumpia filling. Make sure to mix evenly
2 Wrap in lumpia wrapper. Cut into halves
3 Deep fry until golden brown
